At SaintWalk, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

 


 

 

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

 

 

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • A customer who has rejected a COD order previously shall not be eligible for COD orders moving forward.

 

 


 

 

Shipping Timeline

 

 

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within standard business timelines.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

 


In case of express or rush delivery orders being delivered later than the committed timeline, the additional express shipping amount paid will be refunded in the form of Store Credit only.

 


 

 

Delivery Issues

 


If your product arrives with:

 

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit

  • Incorrect product dispatch

 


You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.


After verification and inspection, we will offer an exchange. If exchange is not possible, refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

 


 

 

Sizing Issues

 


We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Returns or exchanges for sizing will only be accepted in cases of extreme sizing defects or if an incorrect size was dispatched from SaintWalk’s side.

 


 

 

Return Condition Requirements

 


To be eligible for any return or exchange:

 

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags must be intact.

  • Product must be returned in original packaging.

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Sale / Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products altered, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

 


If a return is approved:

 

  • SaintWalk will arrange reverse pickup.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
