At SaintWalk, we aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.
Return Window

Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags must be intact.

Product must be returned in original packaging.

Items purchased under Sale / Clearance / Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by SaintWalk.
Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup
If a customer wishes to return a product, SaintWalk will arrange a reverse pickup from our side.
However:

The applicable return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
-
The product must be securely packed and ready for pickup.
Once received, the product will be inspected before approval.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credit.

Store credit will be processed within 48 hours after inspection of the returned item.

Store credit will be issued to the customer’s wallet or via coupon code.

Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
Sizing Policy
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you receive the exact size you ordered but are unsatisfied with the fit, SaintWalk will not be responsible, as detailed size charts are provided for reference.
However, if an incorrect size is dispatched due to an error from SaintWalk’s side, we will gladly assist you with an exchange for the correct size at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only in cases where the issue is due to an error from SaintWalk’s side, including:

Incorrect size dispatched

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect
-
Damage during transit
In such cases, the exchange process will be handled smoothly and at no additional cost to the customer.
To process any exchange request, the customer must provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue at the time of delivery. Requests without proper photo and video proof may not be accepted.
Exchanges will not be applicable for personal preference, fit dissatisfaction, or change of mind if the correct product and size were delivered as ordered.
All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product inspection and stock availability.
Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Product Refund
If the same product is unavailable for exchange after verification of defect or wrong dispatch:

A refund to the original payment source will be processed within 3 working days after approval.

The amount will be credited to the source account within an additional 3 working days.
COD Policy
Person who’s rejected a COD delivery before shall be blacklisted from future COD orders.
